We make every effort to keep the information on our website current, but accept no liability whatsoever for the content provided.

According to § 7 par. 1 of TMG (German Tele-Media Act), we, as service providers, are responsible for our webpages’ content.

As per §§ 8 to 10 of TMG, we are not obliged to monitor third party information provided or stored on our website. However, we shall promptly remove any content upon becoming aware that it violates the law. We do not assume liability until becoming aware of any such violation.

Data Recorded
In its server statistics, our provider automatically records the data transferred by your browser. Specifically, these are the internet pages visited, browser type and – version, the operating system used, referrer URL (site previously visited), host name of the accessing computer (IP address) as well as time of server request. Generally, this recording is solely for the use of internally system related and statistical reasons. Normally, it is impossible to assign these data to a specific person.  We do not link these data to other data sources.
Usage and Transfer of Personal Data
In case you provide us with your personal data, we only use this information to answer your requests, to handle contracts concluded as well as for accounting purposes and for technical administration. You have the right to withdraw your consent anytime.
