BFE’s service concept is driven by your needs and wishes and is available to you during and after your project.
With our comprehensive expertise in Germany, we offer you a fast and reliable service and local support. Our effective remote support is very much appreciated and used by our domestic and international customers.
The Service department provides support in the areas of broadcasting and media technology as well as for KSC Commander, KSC Manager, and KSC Silknet. We guarantee reliable performance of the BFE systems in daily operation. Due to increasing technical complexity, the availability of a service partner who assumes overall responsibility for a total solution consisting of a variety of individual components is of particular importance.
Our services include repairs, service calls, event management, and training as well as consulting and
quotations for KSC.
In our training center we hold regular training sessions at the highest didactic level for different operators and
user groups. This is a further guarantee for the successful operation and use of our systems.
All this is supported by tailor-made service contracts, with service availability of up to 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week.
