A large number of employees – each and everyone an expert in her or his field – is responsible for the success of BFE. Fuelled by flat hierarchies and small teams the knowledge of every employee can be put to use in the best possible way.
 
The BFE management team sees to facilitate the cooperation between everyone. The Managing Directors, their department heads of broadcast and media technology, sales and marketing as well as production are displayed here as representatives of all BFE staff who do their best every day to advance the company today and in the future.
