The versatility of technology will once again be on display this year at the IHK Technology Day in Mainz. On 14 and 15 November, our colleagues from the carpentry, mechanics and construction departments will provide exciting insights into their work and show how craftsmanship and technical precision work together at BFE.

Visitors can get involved at the stand: together with our trainers, they will build an insect hotel from wooden and metal elements. This will allow young talents to experience the fascination of craftsmanship up close and learn how much creativity, precision and team spirit go into training at BFE.

Whether it's director's tables, lecterns or media steles – our workshops produce customised furniture and components for studios, conference rooms and media technology installations. Anyone who enjoys technology, has manual dexterity or good spatial awareness can shape their future in a technical profession at BFE.

In addition to manual trades, BFE also offers apprenticeships in electrical engineering and IT – for those who prefer wiring, planning or networking systems. 📅 Dates & Location
