As part of the infrastructure measures, numerous new workplaces will be created, including the production rooms, the control room and the editorial areas. Some of the workstations will be set up in parallel with the existing Sony Sonaps installation. Further challenges include the standardization of production processes in the News and Sport areas and the optimization of post-production performance. In addition to Sony's Hive production system, the BFE project team will also integrate Ingest and Playout servers by Harmonic, Cisco's switches and Imagine Communications' IP3 routers.
