On 1 October 2025, we welcomed two experienced leaders who will play a decisive role in shaping our future: Michael Enders heads the Media Technology division, while Konstantin Schinas is responsible for development and product management at KSC Systems. Both share a common goal: to create solutions that noticeably reduce your workload as a customer, simplify processes and secure them for the long term.

More freedom through intelligent control

With Konstantin Schinas, we are focusing the further development of KSC Systems on open standards, IP-based workflows and user-centred design. The focus is on the user and thus your daily operations.

‘Our systems are designed to reduce complexity, simplify processes and open up new degrees of freedom for you – from the classic on-premise environment to virtualised workflows,’ says Schinas. ‘We don't just want to keep up, we want to set standards. Our task is to combine technical performance, stability and intuitive operation – so that technology gives you freedom instead of restricting you.’

He is supported by Jens Schoof, who has shaped development over many years. At his own request, he is handing over management responsibility and will continue to actively contribute his many years of experience to the further development of KSC Systems.

‘I look forward to working together to advance the next versions of KSC,’ said Schoof.

Holistic solutions in media technology

We are also strengthening our media technology team. Michael Enders brings with him many years of experience in the technical management of international projects. His focus is on integrating planning, implementation and service even more closely so that our solutions remain efficient, stable and user-friendly throughout the entire project.

‘Our goal is to understand consulting, planning and support as a continuous process and to develop it further together,’ says Enders. For you, this means reliable project partners, clearly structured processes and systems that deliver long-term results.
