New service unit at BFE: focus on customer orientation

The pioneering structure offers proactive solutions, fast support and personalised assistance from an experienced team.

With its new support team, BFE Studio und Medien Systeme GmbH is strengthening its focus on the needs of its customers. The independent service unit bundles all activities relating to technical support and assistance - from the commissioning of new systems to maintenance and repairs through to proactive managed services such as remote monitoring.


A competent team at your side

The new customer support division is backed by experienced minds: Markus Meder, Head of Service, who has been shaping technical support at BFE for over 20 years, heads up the division. He is supported by Fabio Di Felice, Head of Managed Service, who strengthens the customer focus with modern approaches such as a central service line and on-site support, and Vanessa Pakulat, who ensures the smooth coordination and processing of enquiries.

The new solution enables BFE to solve technical problems quickly and efficiently - often before they even occur. Customers benefit from a comprehensive offering that is customised to their individual requirements. Particularly noteworthy are:


  • Remote monitoring, which recognises and rectifies faults before they affect operations.

  • A central service line that processes all enquiries quickly and efficiently.

  • Personal support from the concierge service, which offers professional support directly on site.


Initial successes and a strong outlook

The new support structure is already demonstrating the importance of this reorganisation: In addition to certification as a QSC Managed Service Partner, further new service contracts have been concluded. In the coming months, the team will open up further fields of technical support and optimise existing processes in order to offer customers even better support.
